A cracked slab is easy to ignore when it is one complaint in one inbox. It is much harder to ignore when it is on a map with a number beside it that goes up every morning.
Every sidewalk on here was either reported by a neighbour through this site, or came from the City's own repair records, which it handed over when this campaign asked. Free, and for the whole city — not just Ward 5.

The other 398 have been fixed.
Where these numbers come from
The City handed these records to election candidates on August 24, 2026, after this campaign asked for them. They cover 2023 to 2025 because three years is all we asked for; the City says it has kept a sidewalk repair list since 2018.
It sent 547 requests in all, once we took out the ones listed twice. 11 are not on the map: 7 the City cancelled, and 4 where the address was too vague to put a pin on. None of those are still open. “Finished” is the City's own word — in its system it means the work was done, or was not needed.
The City's own caution: the software behind these records “is outdated and is in the process of being replaced,” so the figures “should be considered estimates only.” Anything repaired since August 24, 2026 may still show as open here.
